• Users need to create an account to be able to purchase and download any of these materials.

• Emails containing log-in information and the password for the customer account will be sent to the customer using their email which they have provided.

PAYMENTS

DELIVERY

REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS

• Customers can not cancel orders once they have been placed.
• Customers can cancel their account with www.ebizdirect.co by contacting us in writing, but they will no longer be able to access the service or download products.

INDEMNIFICATION

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless www.ebizdirect.co and our officers, directors, suppliers and partners against any third party claims, damages or losses arising from either you violation of these terms or your violation of any third party.
